Post subject: spider wont move

I got a Rose Hair Tarantula from my sister, I cleaned the cage out and set it back up. Now the tarantula hasnt moved, stays under its hiding spot with its legs tucked under it. I have touched it but it makes no movement, just stays still with its legs tucked under it. What do I do? Please email if possible with a solution:scottimoe@yahoo.com. Thanks!!
